Kate and Eric’s Rose Hill Estate Wedding was one of a kind! The detail and thought put into every part of the day was amazing. There were so many special moments throughout the day.

Never Forgotten

Kate and Eric were sure to include all of the most important people to them in their lives – both those who could attend the wedding, and those who could not. They even had a very special row of seats in their ceremony space dedicated to those that were no longer with them, but who will never be forgotten. It was such a sweet sentiment!

Special Moments Documented

It was also so important to Kate and Eric to get all the special moments documented – from the girls hanging out and getting ready together, to the guys sharing some special time around the pool table. They wanted to remember it all!

First Looks

I loved that Kate decided to have some special “first look” moments with her bridesmaids and flower girls too. She even had a few special “first looks” with her grandmothers and her soon-to-be-mother-in-law before the ceremony.

Bridesmaids and Groomsmen – Red, White, and Blue

While Kate and Eric decided not to do a first look themselves, we still were able to fit in a lot of pre-ceremony pictures of the groomsmen together and the bridesmaids together, which helped a lot for the picture time after the ceremony to not be quite as long. And did I mention their colors were red, white, and blue? Their color palette really popped against all the greenery at Rose Hill Estate. I loved how Kate and Eric were so easy going throughout the day and just let us get as many picture moments as we could, but they weren’t stressed out about it. Trusting me as their photographer was such an honor, and I didn’t take it lightly.

Sunset Portraits

Getting to shoot their wedding at the gorgeous Rose Hill Estate in Nashville, NC was such a highlight too. The venue was so beautiful that it was hard to pick where to take photos at, because there were so many options! Thankfully, we were able to do some Bride and Groom portraits right after the ceremony as well as slip out for some sunset portraits too, for even more variety in their photos!
